Located along Tops Road in Busay, TOPS Cebu is a scenic viewpoint overlooking Cebu City. Its main viewing area, now called The Circle, also features dining and lifestyle establishments, making it a great place for sightseeing, meals, and relaxing with friends or family.
TOPS is open 24 hours. Regular admission is ₱100, while seniors and persons with disabilities pay ₱70 with a valid ID. Visitors may also take the round-trip TOPS shuttle from the IT Park Transport Terminal for ₱200, including admission.
